Finally Here!
With their biggest challenge now behind them and graduation just ahead, the recruits finish up some important details before their final day in Basic Training. Family and friends eagerly await this ceremony, as the recruits prepare to join the honorable legacy of those who have served before them
Day 1 - Inspection Period
Day 2 - Outprocessing
Day 3 - Personal Time
Day 4 -Personal Time and Haircuts - July 4 - Airshow and Fireworks on base. Families will be able to join their soldier for these activities.
Day 5 -Family Day - Many activities planned - Get to meet the Drill Sergants
Day 6 - Graduation - Finally here - Leroy is still thinking he will have a one month leave before AIT starts.
Kristen, her mom and sister are flying out on July 4. Linda and I are also flying out on the 4th. We will meet up with them at the motel in Columbia.
